Cancellation Policy

We are pleased to confirm your upcoming service appointment. Please note that it is not necessary for you to be present while we perform our tree care services. Our skilled team is equipped to handle all aspects of the service independently, ensuring your trees receive the best care whether you are at home or away. If you have any specific instructions or areas of concern you would like us to focus on, please let us know in advance, and we will make sure to address them accordingly. As per our policy, payment is due on the day of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, checks, and online payments via PayPal and Venmo. Note that there is a 3.5% processing fee for credit cards. An invoice will be emailed to you upon completion.
